The Greek Christian Fellowship is a small group of Greek
evangelical Christians who have a burden to preach the gospel of our Lord
Jesus Christ to the Greek/Cypriot ethnic minority in Britain whose
approximate population is 300,000. (We have no full-time workers).
Our first and foremost objective is to preach the message of hope and
salvation in a language that these people can understand. The first
generation, most of whom came to Britain in the 50's and 60's, are now
elderly and are coming to the end of their lives and still cannot speak
adequate English. Therefore, they need to hear the gospel not in English,
not in Ancient Greek [as in the Orthodox liturgy] but in Modern Greek,
their native tongue.
We also try to reach second and third
generation Greeks in English, therefore much of our material is bilingual.
We provide the following ministries in the Greek / English languages:-
· Bibles, Christian books, magazines, newspapers, tracts, calendars
· cassettes with sermons
· regular worship services and Bible studies
· visits to homes, restaurants, fish & chip shops, Old People's Homes
and hospitals.
Greek Meetings are held in N. London on the first Saturday of the

High Road, North Finchley, London, N12 0DZ. (Buses 263 and 221

For any who wish to attend meetings, it is best to contact
me for confirmation of the date in case of any changes.
